Manufacturing Process

1. Crystaline Cell Production

Crystaline silicon cut into wafter thin discs.

2. Cell Amalgamation

Conductors are spread over each disc then aligned in a grid matrix.

3. Bonding

A layer of toughened glass is bonded to the top of the cells. This is done in a hospital grade environment to avoid tinting or delamination.

4. Thermal Conductive Layer

Blue Line modules ensure a quality layer of thermal conductive cement ensuring lower operating temperatures and better performance than other brands.

Mono-Crystalline Modules

A mono-crystalline cell is made from a thin slice cut from a single crystal of silicon. A grid of metal is then embedded over the wafer, the module is then encased in a strong aluminium frame built for strength and longevity to withstand harsh weather conditions.
